Yes, at the standard price. Advance registration closes on Friday, October 9, 2026, and seating is limited, so it may close earlier.

How do I claim the attendee benefits?

Every registrant receives a gift bag on event day and can apply for the 4AM x Poomgo global seeding discount package. The free Kalodata Pro pass is sent as a coupon to the first 100 standard registrants. The gift bag also includes a free 1-month pass to JoongAng Plus, our media partner (limited to 1,000).

When will I receive my registration confirmation?

We send a confirmation to the email address you registered with within one day of payment. On the evening before the event, we will also send check-in details by text message.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Only if you send us the replacement attendee’s details at the contact below by Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Changes cannot be made after that date.

Can we purchase multiple tickets under a company name?

Yes. Send us the number of attendees and their details, and we will handle bulk registration and payment for you.

Can I get a tax invoice or cash receipt?

You can download your receipt yourself from Event-us under “My Page – Registered Events.” If you need a separate tax invoice, please contact us and we will assist you.

Can I get a certificate of attendance?

What is the refund policy?

You can request cancellation and a refund from Event-us under “My Page – Registered Events.” Cancellation deadlines and fees follow the Event-us cancellation and refund policy.

When does the registration desk open?

From 09:00 on the day of the event, at the reception desk in front of the Auditorium on Level 3 of COEX. Seating begins at 09:20 and the event opens at 09:30.

What do I need to bring to register?

At the reception desk, we check in by the name used to register the ticket. If someone else registered on your behalf, please give us their name. We will then put an entry wristband on you. The wristband is required to enter the venue, so please keep it on throughout the event.

How do I get there?

Take Exit 7 at Bongeunsa Station (Line 9) and enter through the COEX North Gate, the fastest route to the Auditorium on Level 3. Samseong Station (Line 2) also connects to COEX, but the interior route is complex, so we recommend the North Gate.

Is parking available?

Parking validation is not provided. If you need to drive, please use the COEX parking registration system. Traffic congestion is expected, so we recommend public transit.

Is there Wi-Fi at the venue?

The COEX public Wi-Fi signal can be weak, so we recommend using your own mobile data.

Lunch is not provided. The lunch break runs 12:10 – 13:30 (80 minutes); please use the restaurants inside COEX. During lunch and breaks you are welcome to visit the partner booth zone in the lobby.

What language are the sessions in?

Sessions by Korean speakers are conducted in Korean. Sessions by international speakers are conducted in English, with live translated captions provided.

Will slides or recordings be available?

Presentation materials and recordings are not distributed. Selected sessions may be released after the event where the speaker has consented; we will notify registrants separately if they are.

Can I attend only part of the program?

Yes, you may attend only the sessions you are interested in. Seating is open.
